There is a cleaning fee of $675 and state and county sales tax of 13% of the total price.
In addition, if you pay with a credit card there is a 3.5% processing fee.
We require a 7-night rental during peak season. There is a 5-night minimum during non-peak season. We also require a rental agreement to be signed with a credit card number for the file.
